Where we ship

Learto ships to the United States and most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you.

Processing time

Every jacket is cut and stitched by hand and checked for quality before dispatch. In-stock items are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Made-to-order and custom-sized items can take longer; we will confirm the production time by email after you order. If you need a piece by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Delivery times and costs

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for your destination are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Typical delivery after dispatch is 5 to 10 business days to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe, and 7 to 15 business days to other destinations. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing, holidays and carrier delays.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracked delivery. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Problems with delivery

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
